This policy explains which personal data we process when you use our websites, why, and which rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It applies to infinityuse.eu and infinityuse.ai (infinityuse.ro only redirects to infinityuse.eu). Last updated: 26 October 2026.
Who we are
The websites are run by two companies of the Infinity Use Technology brand, each the data controller for its own activity:
- INFINITY USE TECHNOLOGY AXIS S.R.L., tax ID 55299270, registration no. J2026046397003, Strada Radu Calomfirescu, Nr. 13, Bloc Corp 1 (C1), Et. P-Et, București, Sector 3, for room rentals, arbitration hearings and hosted events (the infinityuse.eu website);
- INFINITY USE TECHNOLOGY ESSENCE SRL, tax ID 55316591, registration no. J2026046880000, Str. Radu Calomfirescu 13, Corp 1, Et. P, cod 030215, București, Sector 3, for the Artificial Intelligence services (the infinityuse.ai website).
Each form names the company that will process your data. General messages are handled by both companies, as needed to answer them. For any question about personal data you can write to us through the contact form or at the e-mail address shown on the Contact page.
Which data we process
- Form data: name, e-mail address, phone, company and the details of your request (date, hours, number of participants, room, services, your role under the AI Act, message).
- Bookings: the date, hours and room you ask for, together with your contact details, so we can hold the interval and confirm it.
- Newsletter, event sign-up and guide downloads: your e-mail address, your name and company if you give them, and the date of your consent.
- Technical data: IP address (stored only in hashed form), browser type, pages visited and the campaign or page you came from, for the security of the website and to understand which requests come from which channel.
- Statistics and marketing cookies: only if you agree in the cookie banner.
We collect the data directly from you. For arbitration hearings we do not ask for, and ask you not to send, any details of the dispute (parties, subject matter, value). For artificial intelligence services, please do not send confidential technical documentation through the forms; we will agree on a secure way to share it after a confidentiality agreement.
Why we process them and on what basis
- To answer requests for offers, bookings and contact messages and to prepare a contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To send you news about events, courses and services, and for statistics and marketing cookies: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time.
- For the security of the websites, to prevent abuse and to defend our rights: our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- For accounting and tax obligations once a contract is signed: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
How long we keep them
Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law. Technical data is kept only as long as needed for security.
Who receives them
Data is accessed only by our team and by the providers who help us run the websites (hosting, e-mail delivery, payments and invoicing where applicable), under contract and only for the purposes above. Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) receive data only if you accept the statistics and marketing cookies. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Our own systems are operated in the European Union. If you accept the statistics or marketing cookies, Google and Meta may process data in other countries, including the United States, relying on the safeguards they provide (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Automated decisions
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not build profiles that produce legal effects.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us to exercise them at gdpr@infinityuse.eu; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
Children
The websites are aimed at professionals and businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
Security
We use encrypted connections, two-step sign-in for the administration area and backups. Original files uploaded in the admin are not public.
Cookies
Details about cookies and how to change your choice are in the Cookie policy. Your choice is stored separately for each website (infinityuse.eu and infinityuse.ai).
